Fausto Puglisi launch party @ Dante5

Hello there love-bugs, it's been a while since my last post but i had to move back to Milano and you know how stressful moving can be ;)
The last day before driving back to Milano i attended a launch party for the new Fausto Puglisi's F/W collection. I've always been a huge fan of his work, i love the way he cuts the dresses, it's sexy but elegant at the same time and the way he can embellish them is poetry.
The party was hosted by Dante5, a pretty popular high-end boutique in Bari. I had a lovely time and i had the possibility to meet in person Anna Dello Russo, she was wearing a pair of red and gold Prada sandals to die for.
The collection it self i really liked, the fil rouge was red and black tartan, a pattern i particularly love wearing, embellished by his signature decorations.

Buondì a tutti, è passato quale giorno dal mio ultimo post ma ho avuto veramente pochissimo tempo libero essendo dovuta tornare a Milano per iniziare le lezioni in facoltà e se anche voi siete nei club degli studenti fuori sede potrete ben comprendere quanto sia disagevole tutto ciò.
Durante il mio ultimo giorno a Bari ho partecipato al party per il lancio della nuova collezione di Fausto Puglisi. Sono sempre stata una grande estimatrice del suo lavoro, adoro il taglio che riesce a dare ai vestiti, sono sexy ed eleganti allo stesso tempo per non parlare del modo in cui riesce a bilanciare perfettamente le applicazioni su di essi.
L'evento è stato organizzato da Dante5, una celebre boutique barese. Ho passato un piacevole pomeriggio ed ho anche avuto la possibilità di conoscere personalmente Anna Dello Russo, indossava un paio di sandali Prada rossi e dorati meravigliosi.
La collezione presentata da Fausto Puglisi era molto interessante, il fil rouge era il tartan rosso e nero, uno dei miei pattern preferiti, ovviamente arricchito da dettagli e applicazioni simbolo del suo stile.

Chanel Little Black Jacket

Good morning everyone, i'm finally back with a very exciting post! Yesterday i had the honor to attend Chanel's Little Black Jacket vernissage at Rotonda della Bersana. 113 pictures taken by the one and only Karl Lagerfeld of celebrities wearing the iconic little black jacket. The location was very beautiful, every detail reminded me of the impeccable taste of the maison.
Everything was already very exciting as it was but when i walked in the party i felt like a child in a candy shop. The room looked like a black canvas with colorful strokes, the music was very soft and ethereal, for a second i thought i was dreaming.
Then Franca Sozzani, editor of Vogue Italia, walks right next to me, i could not believe it; then i look up and i see Anna Dello Russo with his clique of handsome models. It was like a magazine coming to life.
The biggest surprise that almost none was expecting was Karl himself. He walked into the party and stared at the band playing. I could not figure out who they where and why he was so interested in them, don't get me wrong, they were really good.
The exhibition was incredible, every picture was unique and meaning full, every celebrity wore the iconic jacket differently. If you happen to be in Milano between the 6th and the 20th of April, go check it out, it's free and amazing!
