They are really easy to make and you don't need a lot of ingredients. Let me know if you decide to give it a try. You guys will find all the ingredients and the step by step tutorial in my Youtube video, link is down below.

OOTD: Happy birthday brother!

Hey guys, i'm now back home in Milano and i can finally share with you some pictures from my little brother 18th birthday party, i guess he's not that little after all now. The evening was lovely and the terrace was very charming, you could see the sea from it, a perfect touch. My dress was very summery and quite transparent, i still have to figure out what to put underneath, because of the low cut on the back is very difficult to find some proper lingerie to wear.
Anyways, my hair was up in what my hairdresser called a "knotted ponytail". I kept the makeup very simple, just a wash of gold and brown on the lid and some bronzer.
I couldn't resist posting a picture of the cake because it's such a masterpiece! My brother loves bar-tending so the cake itself was a cocktail, it looks so real, the base looked like sand. I love it.

Incredibile .

Pâtisseries manicure

Happy 1st of June everyone! I don't know about your country but here in Italy it does not look at all like summer, it feels like autumn, the last time we had such a weird spring was 1974; hopefully it will get warmer!
Today i have a really cute manicure for you, it's inspired to the french pâtisseries, it kind of looks like frosting with sprinkles on top or a unicorn ahaha.
To make it i used Fiji by Essie and a sparky iridescent topcoat by H&M that was in a spring quad.
I hope you like it :)

Mmmh-muffins

Muffins are one of the easiest thing to bake, anyone can make them! But making the perfect muffin, thats a all other story. The perfect muffins has that amazing golden "tanned" color, it's a little crunchy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. I aways struggled to get the inside moisture; i read hundreds of cookbooks, watched every possible cooking show on TV but i just couldn't get it right, it always ended up being dry.
One time, i was on a rush so i didn't have much time to blend the ingredients nicely together, the butter in particular was a little chunky. I decided to ignore that and keep going. I didn't have very high expectation due to the lack of time but when i took them out of the oven it was magic. They were the perfect cold color and perfectly moisturized inside. The chunky butter prevented the batter from drying, creating an heavenly tasting little treat.
Long story short, i wanted to share with you this little trick and my favorite chocolate chip recipe.

Ingredients for 6 muffins:
-200g of flour
-100g of white sugar
-1tbs of baking powder (or whatever you use to leaven)
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 eggs
-milk (add until you get the perfect consistency, not too runny not to thick)
-1 teaspoon of salt
- 100g of chocolate chips ( you can add more if you want)
-100g of butter

1- in a bowl mix together the flour, the sugar, the baking powder and the salt.
2- add the eggs and the milk slowly while mixing. I think it works best if you use just a regular whisk and no electronic devices.
3- add the vanilla extract and then add little pieces of butter. Stir until you get your butter chunks the size of a small bean.
4- add the chocolate chips
5- poor the batter in the muffin cups and cook for 20min (180°)

To check if the muffins are ready before the 20min, take a toothpick and poke the muffin down to the centre, if it comes out clean and the muffins have a nice golden color, they are ready!
This is my regular chocolate chip recipe, if you want me to write the healthy recipe, please let me know :)

Enjoy!
